Help & Support
Account, billing, and product questions
Contact us
Email support@brushler.com and a human will get back to you. We aim to reply within one business day.
You can also open Settings → Contact Support in the app or the office web app. From there you can file a support ticket without leaving Brushler, read our replies in the app, and reply back — the conversation stays in one place on every device you sign in to. We also email you when we reply, so you do not have to be in the app to hear back.
A ticket you file from the mobile app automatically includes basic technical context — your app version and build, your device and operating system, the screen you were on, and whether your device was offline with work waiting to sync. That is there so you do not have to answer “what version are you on?” before we can help. It does not include your customers’ details, your QuickBooks data, or the contents of anything waiting to sync.
The email link above still works and always will. If you are locked out of the app, or something is broken enough that the ticket screen will not load, email us directly.
What Brushler is
Brushler is pool-service management software for pool companies — routes and scheduling, service stops with chemical readings and photo documentation, work orders and quotes, customer billing, and an optional QuickBooks Online connection. It is built for owners, office managers, and field technicians at a pool business.
Getting an account
There is no public self-serve signup. Brushler accounts are provisioned for a pool company, and that company’s owner or admin then invites their own staff from Settings → Team. If your company already uses Brushler and you need access, ask your owner or office manager to invite you.
If you run a pool business and want to use Brushler, email support@brushler.com.
I did not get my invite email
Check spam first, then ask your admin to resend it from Settings → Team. Invites go to the address your admin entered — if it is wrong, they can correct it and resend.
I forgot my password
Use the reset link on the sign-in screen, or ask an admin at your company to send a new invite.
The app cannot reach the server
Brushler keeps working offline — you can complete stops and take photos with no signal, and they sync when you reconnect. If the sync banner stays up after you have signal, force-close and reopen the app, then email us if it persists.
Disconnecting QuickBooks
An admin can disconnect from Settings → QuickBooks. Disconnecting revokes Brushler’s access to your QuickBooks company. Anything already created in QuickBooks stays there.
Deleting an account
See Account & Data Deletion for what gets removed, what we retain, and how to request it.
